WINTERS — November 2, 2026. The City of Winters describes Three Oaks Park as a multiuse community recreation space with playground equipment, sports space and separate areas for dogs.
What facilities are listed
The city identifies play structures, a large shade structure, picnic tables, two barbecue grills, a basketball and futsal court, dog parks, lawns and accessible walking paths. Water and electricity are also listed for park uses.
Group activities have rules
A playground being open does not authorize exclusive reservation of a barbecue area or a paid sports clinic. For private gatherings, the city requires rental applications and applicable fees, normally at least ten business days in advance.
Confirm availability
Residents can consult the city Parks and Facilities rental directory and call City Hall at 530-795-4910. Maintenance, weather and private events can make individual facilities unavailable even if the park remains generally accessible.
