WINTERS — November 2, 2026. Winters Parks and Facilities publishes a reservation rule requiring applications for group use of designated parks at least ten business days ahead of the requested date.
Six bookable parks
The city lists Rotary Park, Walnut Park, City Park, Blue Oak Park, Valley Oak Park and Three Oaks Park as bookable sites. Rates differ for residents and nonresidents, and electricity or water use can involve added charges.
How to secure a date
Applications and payment must be submitted in person to the City Hall Finance Department. The city notes reservations are first-come, first-served, and permit approvals must be confirmed before a private gathering is advertised.
Park rental hours
Winters lists bookable park use daily from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., subject to each park’s restrictions and permits. The city’s parks contact can answer site-specific questions about access and occupancy.
